110% Low Price Guarantee
DixieMed.com will not be undersold!
If you should find a lower advertised price on an item we carry, we will not only meet 100% of the lower price, we will beat the price by an additional 10% of the difference to thank you for bringing it to our attention!
To be eligible for price match, your request must meet the following conditions:
- The online store must have the identical product priced accurately at the time you submit your request.
- The item must currently be in stock from the lower priced internet store.
- Our Low Price Guarantee is available only for internet retailers. We do not offer a 110% Guarantee on bidding websites such as E-Bay.
- Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference. The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to rush orders (ie. UPS 2nd Day Air).
- The Low Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or quantity discount pricing.
Easy Price Match Request Procedure:
- Place your order with us.
- If you find a lower priced, identical item, send us an e-mail at sales@dixiemed.com within 10 days of your purchase. Please include the following in your e-mail:
- Your DixieMed.com order number
- Your Name and Phone Number
- Items you are comparing and respective prices
- URL of the store that has the lower price
- Please allow 1-5 days to process this request. You will receive a credit on the credit card used to make the original purchase.
